Tiew Wah Tin Malaysia

Dr. Tiew Wah Tin is a Paediatric Infectious Diseases Physician at the Women and Children Hospital Kuala Lumpur (Tunku Azizah Hospital). She earned both her undergraduate and postgraduate degrees from the National University of Malaysia (UKM) and further specialized through Fellowships in Paediatric Infectious Diseases in both Malaysia and Taiwan. A leader in clinical governance, Dr. Tiew serves as the Coordinator for the Hospital Infection and Antibiotic Control Committee (HIACC) and the Team Leader for the Antimicrobial Stewardship (AMS) program. Her clinical and research expertise is centered on Infection Prevention and Control (IPC), Antimicrobial Stewardship, Tuberculosis, and the management of infections in immunocompromised hosts.
