Dr Indumathi Venkatachalam is a clinical epidemiologist and infectious disease physician at Singapore General Hospital. She leads the epidemiology team in the Department of Infection Prevention and Epidemiology. Her interest is in the prevention of healthcare associated infections through strengthening and automation of infectious disease surveillance within hospitals.
