Dr.Shaharudeen Kamaludeen KPJ Damansara Specialist Hospital Malaysia

Dr. Shaharudeen Kamaludeen is a Consultant Infectious Diseases Physician and Internal Medicine Specialist at Damansara Specialist Hospital, Malaysia. He has a special interest in the management of complex infectious diseases, antimicrobial resistance, antimicrobial stewardship, infection prevention and control, HIV medicine, tropical infections, and travel health. He previously served as President of the Malaysia Society of Infection Control and Infectious Diseases (MyICID) from 2023 to 2025 and currently continues to serve on its Executive Committee. Throughout his career, he has been actively involved in advancing infectious diseases education, clinical training, and antimicrobial stewardship initiatives across Malaysia and the region. He is passionate about improving patient outcomes through evidence-based clinical practice, multidisciplinary collaboration, and continuous professional education.
