Dr.Yasmin Gani
Dr. Yasmin is currently working as an ID physician in Hospital Sungai Buloh, a tertiary referral center for HIV, dengue and other infectious disease related diseases for the last 6 years and currently the designated admitting hospital for Covid-19 infections. Completed subspecialty training in infectious disease in Sept 2016 and continued to work in Sungai Buloh as one of the ID consultants. Completed and graduated with Master of Medicine from PPUM and undergraduate from Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland. Dr. Yasmin has been involved in many infectious disease related activities including training activities, updating guidelines, antimicrobial stewardship programs and infection control and research activities. Dr. Yasmin is one of the consultants who has been treating Covid-19 patients since the pandemic started in Malaysia and is still heavily involved in their care and management.
